The park is 18 minutes by car or motorcycle from Cannero Riviera and 35 minutes from Verbania and the Swiss Border. You can find us on Google Maps and Apple Maps.

Every Sunday until 08/09 it is possible to visit Wonderwood with the Mountain Summer Bus from Cannobio (h 9:30 a.m.) or Cannero Riviera (h 9:40 a.m.), getting off at the “Monte Carza” stop next to the park.
For those accompanied by a 4-legged friend, a muzzle, which is mandatory on board the bus, should be remembered.
During the week, the bus from Cannobio (h 7:30 or 1:30 p.m.) or Cannero Riviera (h 7:40 or 1:40 p.m.) terminates at Trarego Viggiona.
From Trarego you walk uphill for about 45 minutes. It is a nice walk on a dirt path through the woods, perfect for families and older children-it is not suitable for strollers or those with mobility difficulties. You can return to Cannero Riviera or Cannobio on the 1:55 p.m. or 7 p.m. ride.
If you choose to arrive on the first morning bus, you can have breakfast at Bar Elios in Trarego, visit the village and then walk up to Mount Carza and the Big Bench.
Remember to always check up-to-date public transportation schedules before you hit the road, especially on holidays or when there are seasonal changes.

From Milan, take a regional train on line S11 towards Chiasso and get off at Chiasso station.

It is advisable, however, if you do not have the possibility of arriving by car, to choose the Bus option.
This is because from Chiasso the walking time is about 50 minutes.
